(113953, 113953.1, 114067(17) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The water at the 3 comp sink was 121 at the beginning of the inspection but at the end it dropped down <br /> to 114 F. Provide hot and cold water with hot water at 120 F minimum consistently at the 3 comp sink today. Provide warm <br /> water between 100-110 F in wash compartment when washing utensils. <br /> The water at the front counter hand sink was 101 at the beginning of the inspection but 92 F at the end. The water at the <br /> restroom hand sinks were 86 F and 89 F.
