Dumping of contaminated soil. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />On site to verify alleged complaint. Property is being graded with approximately 12 inches of dirt. Piles of dirt observed all <br />over property. Heavy equipment observed on property. Nobody on site at the time of arrival. <br />Provide documentation (analytical, etc.) that dirt being used to grade property is not contaminated soil or industrial waste. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
