(District 5) . <br /> APPLICANT: Triple "E" Produce APN: 253-210-8, 9, & 24 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineates flood risks, flood plains, and floodways <br /> areas, are currently being re-evaluated. The re-evaluation is <br /> being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) , <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California, <br /> 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186. The re-evaluation may delineate <br /> additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for <br /> review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 E. Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the re-evaluation <br /> process is completed. <br /> Linne Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A traffic study shall be conducted to determine the need for <br /> acceleration, deceleration and left turn lanes. The developer <br /> shall deposit funds with the County for all costs, as estimated <br /> by the Public Works Department Public Facilities Division, <br /> prior to Public Works Department preparing or contracting for <br /> the required study.
