September 26,2003 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER:LE03-295 <br /> 269--Vernalis clay loam,wet,0 to 2 percent slopes. This very deep,well drained, <br /> nearly level soil is on alluvial fans. It formed in alluvium derived from mixed rock <br /> sources (USDA,p.135). <br /> Typically,the upper part of the surface layer is brown and grayish brown clay loam <br /> about 9 inches thick(USDA,p.136). <br /> Permeability is moderate in the Vernalis soil (USDA,p.136). <br /> IV. REVIEW OF REGULATORY AGENCY RECORDS <br /> A. Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> Our office reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) List and the Spills, Leaks, <br /> Investigations, and Cleanups (SLIC) List on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board(CVRWQCB)in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency <br /> which note the unauthorized release of a toxic or hazardous agent into the environment on the <br /> subject property or within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. <br /> Our office reviewed the CVRWQCB LUST List dated July, 2003. The subject property was not <br /> listed on the database at the time that we reviewed it. There are no (0) correlations between the <br /> database and any addresses within the specified search radius. <br /> According to the CVRWQCB SLIC/DOD/DOE List dated 1st Quarter, 2003,the subject property <br /> does not appear on this list at this time. There is one site on the SLIC/DOD/DOE list that may be <br /> within the specified search radius. <br /> Cotfound <br /> McCoy Storage Yard/Elissagaray Property, 1660 Linne Road,Tracy This site was <br /> hrough field investigation. The site is listed as having been contaminated with TPH andn closed by the county. -"-- <br /> B. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division(EHD)to review <br /> file information on sites within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. According to Ms. <br /> Kimberly Campbell of the EHD, there are no files referencing the subject property in the EHD <br /> database. <br /> o <br />
