The percolation test was conducted for Parcel 3 on <br /> February 17,2005,in accordance with the requirements of the EHD. A percolation test with a <br /> duration of four hours was performed for the hole. The final half-hour of the four-hour percolation <br /> test was observed by Ms.Lisa Medina,Registered Environmental Health Inspector,EHD. <br /> The percolation test was conducted for Parcel l on February 23,2005,in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the EHD. A percolation test with a duration of one hour was performed for the <br /> hole. The entirety of the test was observed by Mr.Rodney Estrada, Registered Environmental <br /> Health Inspector,EHD. The percolation test was conducted for Parcel 5 on February 24,2005 in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the EHD. A percolation test with a duration of four hours was <br /> performed for the hole. The final half-hour of the four-hour percolation test was observed by Ms. <br /> Lisa Medina,Registered Environmental Health Inspector,EHD.The percolation test was <br /> conducted for Parcel 4 on March 8,2005,in accordance with the requirements of the F.HD. A <br /> percolation test with a duration of four hours was performed for the hole.
