ANDERSON ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> A N D A S S O C A T E S INSPECTIONS & TESTING <br /> LABORATORY SERVICES <br /> POOL ENGINEERING <br /> POST TENSION DESIGN <br /> March 11,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E040150A <br /> SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> ROBERTSON PROPERTY <br /> 1999 WEST LINNE ROAD <br /> TRACY, CALIFORNIA <br /> SJC APPLICATION NUMBER: PA-04-090 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> Our office was contracted by Mr. Stan Robertson of Robertson Farms to conduct a soil suitability <br /> study for the property at 1999 West Linne Road,Tracy,California. <br /> The soil suitability study (SSS) was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for use <br /> with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work included <br /> conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County,Public Health Services,Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> In addition to conducting the percolation tests, a review of published soil information,geologic <br /> maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow,to the greatest degree possible, <br /> the EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist; dated July 14, 2003. <br /> 1.1 Site Description <br /> The Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN) for the Site are 239-210-06 and 239-210-07. Parcel 06 is / J <br /> 225.71 acres,and Parcel 07 is 65.85 acres in size (Plate 1). The county application number is PA-04- ( ` <br /> 090.
