Officers who had entered the home reported symptoms of <br />vomiting, numb tongues, lungs and nasal irritation. Called 209-468-6000. SAETERN <br />Confusion among the operator as the note was not legible. Was forwarded to the <br />operator who wrote the information. Per operator, Ylyssa of the Sheriff office <br />wanted to know if EHD can come out to conduct a red tag. Obtained officer <br />information and phone number 209-468-4422. <br />6:18 PM Called S. Rivera to discuss the page. <br />6:21 PM Called E. Manzo to discuss the complaint regarding red tag. <br />6:24 PM Called 209-468-4422 spoke to dispatched and was forwarded to Sgt. Leo <br />Conn. Per Sgt Conn, the residence is in disgusting conditions: human and animal <br />fecal matter is observed on the walls, meth, and rotten foods. He wanted someone <br />to come out to red tag the home. Informed him I will look into it and get back to <br />him with the right information. <br />6:29 PM Called E. Manzo to discuss the situation. Looked into meth lab protocols. <br />6:35 PM Received call from E. Manzo. Discussing the protocols of the meth lab. <br />6:40 PM Called 209-468-4422. Forwarded to Sgt. Conn. Requested for more <br />information on whether there are chemicals on-site and if it is a meth lab. Per Sgt. <br />Conn the residence is not a meth lab however 3 oz of meth was found on the <br />parolee. Informed him we will not be going out to conduct a red tag as that <br />program now belongs to Community Development Department (CDD) and gave <br />him the SJC CDD phone number. Obtained Sgt. Conn work cell phone <br />209-938-8031. <br />6:47 PM - Phone E. Manzo and update. <br />6:55 PM Called Sergeant Conn (209-938-8031) requesting for more information <br />whether it is county or city. Per Sgt. Conn, it is in the county and that he had <br />contacted CDD and they stated they will not be going out until tomorrow.
