Complaint Investigation Summary Report #: 5105 <br />COMPLAINT ID: CO8YUVLTO Site Location: 2383 SECTION AVE, STOCKTON, CA 95205 <br />Activity Date <br />Activity Summary <br />Recorded by <br />04/26/2022 Received notification from E. Manzo from S. Sangalang of Unit ll SJC END of <br />chemicals stored at a residential. Conduced an on-site visit with A. Salinas, EHS, <br />and G. Garcias, EHS Trainee, no chemicals was observed on-site. (See <br />SAETERN <br />C00054848) <br />Generated complaint and emergency record. <br />04/28/2022 Received and reviewed e-mail from Sergeant Conn. Printed and filed into abated <br />complaint. <br />SAETERN <br />Emailed Dr. Maggie Park (mpark@sjcphs.org) of the Public Health Services, <br />informing her of the situation from that had occurred. See below: <br /><Dear Dr. Park, <br />The Environmental Health Department was notified by the San Joaquin County <br />Sheriffs Office that on April 25, 2022, several county deputies conducted a search <br />of a residence related to a narcotics investigation in the 2382 block of E Section <br />Ave. The residence was covered in urine and fecal matter from both humans and <br />animals, along with rotting food and miscellaneous waste. Following contact in the <br />residence, two sergeants and nine deputies began experiencing respiratory issues <br />that persisted throughout the night. All deputies declined medical attention, and <br />exposure paperwork was completed. No drug lab materials or other exposed <br />chemicals were observed. One Deputy was sent home the following day due to <br />having respiratory issues; he returned to work on April 27, 2022 and declined <br />medical attention. <br />If you have any further questions, please contact Lt.
