On September 9, 2002 the <br /> tentative map application was submitted and on September 23, 2002 notice was received that on <br /> September 17, 2002 the application was deemed complete for processing and that the matter is <br /> set for D.C. on October 16, 2002 and P.C. November 17, 2002. <br /> On October 7, 2002 Gabe advised that the processing of the tentative, map would be delayed <br /> three to four months pending an updated traffic study. Under the circumstance we do not expect <br /> a delay. <br /> We anticipate that any significant traffic from the subject project is two years away at a minimum <br /> and therefore propose that the subject tentative map be subject to results of the traffic study for <br /> the entire master planned area. The master plan area traffic study was authorized, in writing,on <br /> October 9, 2002. <br /> Let me suggest that X11 conditions of a tentative map application i.e.: residential/ag water, traffic <br /> study, and etc, are included on the application form. <br /> S eerely, <br /> W.
