GP-01-2 AND <br /> ZONE RECLASSIFICATION APPLICATION NO. ZR-01-7 OF DILLON & <br /> MURPHY (LINNE ESATES, LLC.) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above-referenced applications for a General Plan Map <br /> Amendment and a Zone Reclassification to change the General Plan designation and <br /> the zoning of approximately 39 acres from Rural Residential (R/R, R-R) to Very Low <br /> Density Residential (R/VL, R-VL) (Attachment"A"). <br /> The applicant's proposal would result in discontinuous blocks of R-R and R-VL zoning. <br /> Attachment"B", prepared by the Community Development Department, shows a <br /> proposed General Plan Map Amendment and Zone Reclassification that would result in <br /> a more contiguous zoning pattern. <br /> The Community Development Department is requesting that the Planning Commission <br /> direct staff as to which proposal the Commission would like to have processed. <br /> KS/JF/blm <br /> Attachments <br />
