The frontage improvements for Linne Road shall be constructed in conformance with the <br /> standards for one-half of an 84-foot right-of-way Minor Arterial. The developer may <br /> request a secured deferred Improvement Agreement. The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred, upon execution of a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A $410.00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed, legal descriptions and an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions shall <br /> be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to <br /> be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval. As an option, the Department of Public Works will prepare <br /> the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of$175.00.) In the future cumulative traffic will require a traffic signal at Chrisman Road and Schulte <br /> Road intersection.
