The following items will be addressed: <br /> Franklyn Cole Property 3.81 A Commercial <br /> This property is to obtain water for domestic use within the existing offices, restaurant, and <br /> grocery store. The water is to be obtained from the Castello water system requiring a prorated <br /> cost calculation. Therefore: <br /> 1. Fire flow requirements have been met with on-site water storage. <br /> 2. Existing on-site water wells to be used for irrigation. <br /> 3. Property to annex to CSA-44 for domestic water use only. <br /> Franklyn Cole has a record of the water use on this property and anticipates that his annual water <br /> cost will , based on such record, be exclusive of any cost for drainage, streets,lighting,sewer, etc. <br /> New zone required? <br /> Carbona Station#1 —Tract No. 2979 <br /> The improvement plans and final map have been transmitted to Public Works for execution. (All <br /> other agencies have signed off). The undersigned developer wishes to expedite recording. <br /> Therefore: <br /> 1. Bonds can be delivered forthwith. <br /> a. Need approved bond form. <br /> b. What is the amount approved for bonding of improvements and deferred <br /> improvements? <br /> c. Amount of field inspection fee? <br /> 2. When can we obtain the Subdivision Agreement? <br /> 3. Re: W.W.T.P. —Developer/Builder operates one year and County thereafter. <br /> a. O/M contract negotiated by Developer/Builder unilaterally? Length of contract? <br /> b. When do O/M costs go on tax rolls? <br /> c. System approval on first complete batch. Test results submitted quarterly. <br /> d. All terms and conditions are to be within a written agreement between the County <br /> and the Developer/Builder. <br />
