Historically,the State Clearing House response has <br /> delayed the Planning Commission hearing. The County Clearing House application has been <br /> delayed due to the processing of a traffic study. <br /> Our traffic study for the Special Purpose Plan includes all properties within the Carbona Station <br /> #2 filing. Assuming the traffic study is acceptable,please notify Community Development to <br /> proceed with Clearing House application. <br /> Cole/Zilli have retained certain lots/homes in the#2 filing area.
