Dillon's office misplaced the two <br /> contracts for the Castello locations which are forthcoming from Ogden,Utah, and will be <br /> forwarded to you upon receipt. <br /> Note Article II of the Pipeline Crossing Agreement which gives the County the right to maintain <br /> the pipeline. <br /> In an unrelated issue,please be advised that 7H will deliver up an operation manual for the <br /> Carbona Estates W.W.T.P. on or before Friday,April 16, 2004. In addition please find enclosed <br /> our check in the amount of$17,062.50 representing the plan check fee for the W.W.T.P.
