Ms. Jolley reviewed the Development Committee memo with applicants & staff. Ms. Jolley informed the applicants that the Community Development Department does not have any record that this "new" lot configuration exists. And if they choose to pursue this project, one of the following two options must be completed prior to consideration of this Use Permit application by the Planning Commission. • Option 1-Research deed history. The applicant must provide documentation that the properties existed in the proposed lot configurations prior to February 11, 1968. If the applicant can provide such documentation, a Certificate of Compliance application must be submitted at the Community Development Department prior to the Planning Commission's consideration of the project. • Option 2-Submit a Lot Line Adjustment application. The applicants may propose to change the existing lot configuration to reflect the desired property lines for this project. Ms. Jolley indicated that there would need to be some corrections to the Site Plan if the applicants wanted to file a full application, which are listed under Site Plan on the Development Committee memo. Mr. Darrow indicated that he had no comments at this time regarding the Site Plan.
