Please confirm this is the installation date you would like
used in CERS?
Regarding the fuel tank installations, I don't see a declaration of final sign off but the latest date noted in the Final
Inspections of the inspection records are 1/30/92 (G) and 1/31/92 (D). Please confirm these are the installation dates
you would like used in CERS?
Thank you
Sheilah Lillie, MS, REHS
Sr. Environmental Scientist
Pacific Gas and Electric Company
Cell: (209) 262-0164
Email: sheilah.lillie@pge.com
From: Lillie, Sheilah <SMLZ@Pge.com>
Sent: Wednesday, November 16, 2022 4:44 PM
To: Ernest, Frederick [EHD] <fernest@slgov.org>
Cc: Steele, Rodney <R2Sv@pge.com>; Rivera, Stacy [EHD] <srivera@sigov.org>; Lillie, Sheilah <SMLZ@pge.com>
Subject: RE: 4040 West Ln - UST Inspection Report
Classification: Internal
Hi Fred,
Thank you for directing me to the correct online records file. We will review the available records and let you know if
any questions.
Regarding the additional documentation being requested for item #319, please note, LG -113 only addresses release
detection equipment, not OPE. Please see this month's UPA Newsletter specifically addressing this issue. Similarly, Title
23 2643(f) addresses certification requirements for release detection methods. Overfill prevention equipment is not
release detection equipment.
