All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: A roll of paper towels was observed outside the wall-mounted paper towel dispenser. Maintain the paper <br />towels stocked inside the dispenser to ensure proper hand washing and to prevent contamination of the paper towel roll. <br />Correct today. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />The restroom is lacking hand soap. Provide a wall-mounted hand soap dispenser and maintain stocked at all times. Adjust hot water heater to maintain 120 <br />minimum within 15 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #39 Thermometers Provided/Accurate/Easily Visible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Two 2-door True coolers are lacking a thermometer. Provide a thermometer for each cooler and place in <br />an easily visible location inside. Correct within 14 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be <br />available to the food handler. A thermometer +/- 2 #F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods <br />and high temperature warewashing machines.
