A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency. (CBC 3108B) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: The skimmer had a damaged float assembly and damaged o-ring, it is missing a weir door. Replace <br />listed items within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br /> #27 Pool Equipment Room <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed excessive vegetation and debris around pool equipment. Clean area and maintain clean. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep ancillary facilities well maintained. (CCR 65535) All filters, valves, pumps, strainers <br />and equipment shall be readily accessible for repair and replacement. (CBC 3123B) <br /> #38 Filter Cleaning and Maintenance <br />OBSERVATIONS: The influent and effluent pressure difference was greater than 10 PSI. Clean/replace filter today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All filters shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3123B) Pressure gauge <br />located on the filter shall be marked with the clean startup reading. (CBC 3125B) Each filter vessel shall be provided with valves so that it <br />can be isolated from the recirculation system for repairs and backwashing.
