Woodbridge Design Guidelines <br /> The Woodbridge Design Guidelines pertain to all new development on property zoned <br /> Community Commercial in the urban community of Woodbridge. If the property is <br /> rezoned to Medium Density Residential, then the Guidelines will not apply. <br /> Planning Commission <br /> The applications have been tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting <br /> on April 6, 2006.
