Linne Road in Tracy, is the wrong location for <br /> a paint ball recreation facility. Among our many concerns are: <br /> 1. Noise pollution <br /> 2. Vandalism <br /> 3. Safety <br /> 4. Traffic increase <br /> 5. Quality of life <br /> 6. Stress on our already taxed law enforcement <br /> There are many homes in the nearby area. These homes are occupied by people who <br /> enjoy the quiet country life style. This is not compatible with a rural residential area and <br /> agriculture zoning. This is prime farm ground. This type of business should be established in a <br /> area zoned for recreation, not in a setting that is known for the quiet rural life style. <br /> We own the property at 2986 Linne Rd. and are opposed to this use.
