We <br /> own property across the road from this site and are already having problems with city people considering any open areas <br /> as being free for their use as a playground. Even though it is private property, they use it at will for tearing around on <br /> motorcycles and ATVs. Owners of agricultural property have great difficulty getting permits from the county for genuine <br /> agricultural uses. This proposed use would not in any way seem to fit in with agricultural use. <br /> We oppose this application for these reasons: <br /> Increased traffic on a road that has commutors and others traveling at high rates of speed. This would be especially <br /> dangerous for young people who would be expected to use this proposed facility. <br /> Non-ag use of property zoned agricultural. <br /> More invasion of privately owned property by those who would consider adjacent property free for their use for <br /> recreation.
