The property has always been farmed with row crops. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank-Usage <br /> According to the property ownef, no septic systems currently exist on the site. No permits were <br /> found during a recent file review,at EHD. <br /> On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> LN o -site septic permits were found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD. <br /> 33, On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> No on-site septic repair permits were found for the Site during a recent file review at the EHD. <br /> T�permits can be found in the appendix of this report. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office <br /> reviewed a recent aerial photograph of the subject property available from GoogleEarth.TrI We <br /> counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that <br /> each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method, we determined that there are a <br /> minimum of 20 septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. <br /> The general area consists of agriculture with a few scattered residences. <br /> 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> Based on a recent file review at EHD, the septic systems in the area appear to utilize leach <br /> lines.
