The floor level of all residential structures shall be raised <br /> one foot above the 100-year flood elevation, as indicated <br /> by the best available information. <br /> 2. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County as prescribed <br /> in Section 9-9261 of the Planning Title, the developer shall <br /> contribute fees of equivalent value as defined in Section <br /> 9-9264 . Arrangements for the payment of said fees shall be <br /> approved by County Counsel prior to final map recordation. <br /> 3. Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Subdivision Map Act, the <br /> subdivider shall defend indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any <br /> claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its <br /> agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, <br /> or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, <br /> appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, <br /> which action is brought within the time provided for in Section <br /> 66499 . 37 of the Subdivision Map Act. <br /> 4 . A solid six-foot fence shall be provided along the following <br /> areas: <br /> a. The western boundary of Lots 5 , 6 , 7 , 17 , 18 , 20 , 21 , <br /> 22 , 23 , 25 , 26 , 27 , and 37 . <br /> b. The northern boundary of Lots 35 , 36 , and 37 . <br /> shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> e . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit . <br /> f. Existing elevation certification is required with <br /> building permit applications for sites subject to 100 <br /> year flood . <br /> JH/mds <br />
