A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth <br /> material : <br /> a . A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U .B . C. , Appendix , Chapter 70 , Section 7OO6 ( d) . <br /> b . The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> C . Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards <br /> shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> d. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> e. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit . <br /> f. Existing elevation certification is required with <br /> building permit applications for sites subject to 100 <br /> year flood . <br /> JH/mds <br />
