Subdivision grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incor- <br /> porated in the grading plan. <br /> f . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance <br /> of a building permit . <br /> g. Existing elevation certification is required with building <br /> permit applications for sites subject to the 100-year <br /> flood. <br /> 5 . Pacific Gas & Electric Company: <br /> Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be provided on <br /> all street frontages within the subdivision. <br /> 6 . Manteca-Lathrop Rural Fire Department : <br /> a. The subdivision shall meet requirements of the Uniform <br /> Fire Code . <br /> b. Hydrants on the street shall be marked by blue dot reflec- <br /> tors and placed by the developer in accordance with the <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Public Works ' specifica- <br /> tions for County roads. <br />
