Pacific Gas & Electric Company: <br /> Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be provided on <br /> all street frontages within the subdivision. <br /> 6 . Manteca-Lathrop Rural Fire Department : <br /> a. The subdivision shall meet requirements of the Uniform <br /> Fire Code . <br /> b. Hydrants on the street shall be marked by blue dot reflec- <br /> tors and placed by the developer in accordance with the <br /> San Joaquin County Department of Public Works ' specifica- <br /> tions for County roads. <br />
