Sewage disposal system or methods shall conform to the requirements <br /> of the San Joaquin Local Health District and Ordinance 549. <br /> 3 ) Public utility easements shall be as required by Pacific Gas & Electric <br /> Company,, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company, and all other public <br /> utilities . <br /> Underground utilities are required persuant to Section 9-1730 of <br /> Ordinance 2634 ; location shall be as prescribed in Section 9-1732 of <br /> Ordinance 2634. <br /> 4) The minimum net lot area shall be 1.49 acres . <br /> 5) In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in <br /> Chapter 11 of County Subdivision Ordinance, as amended, the developer <br /> shall contribute fees as specified in said Section 9-1444 of <br /> Subdivision Ordinance. <br /> 6) A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in Section 9-1507 of <br /> Ordinance 2634, as amended, shall be required. <br /> 7) The Final Map shall note and clearly delineate any area subject to <br /> Flood Hazard. All development within the subdivision shall conform to <br /> the requirements of the San Joaquin County Floodplain, Combining Zones <br /> (Title 9, Division 8, Chapter 1, San Joaquin County Ordinance Code) . <br /> 8) This map is approved for twenty-four (24) months. <br /> 9) A 6 ' high security fence shall be constructed along the Southern Pacific <br /> Railroad right-of-way. <br />
