BEFORE THE BOARD OF' SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF C,A/LIFORNIA <br /> R-83- <br /> RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP NO. S-83-1 <br /> OF EDUCATORS LAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (c/o WONG ENGINEERS) , FOR <br /> A SIX LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, LOCATED AT THE EASTERN END <br /> OF THIRD STREET, PETERS, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> WHEREAS, on December 2, 1982, the Planning Commission of <br /> the County of San Joaquin, State of California, by Resolution <br /> PC-83-39, did ratify the Negative Declaration and recommended <br /> approval of subdivision Map No. S-83-1 of EDUCATORS LAND <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (c/o Wong Engineers) , for a six lot <br /> residential subdivision, located at the eastern end of Third <br /> Street, Peters, subject to conditions; and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 14, 1982, this Board of Supervisors <br /> did set the date of January 6, 1983, at the hour of 2:40 p.m. <br /> for a public hearing on said matter; and .. <br /> WHEREAS, on this date this Board of Supervisors did <br /> conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which <br /> hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral or documentary <br /> evidence having been received in favor of or opposed tc said <br /> matter , and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the <br /> premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Subdivision Map No. S-83-1 of EDUCATORS LAND DEVELOPMENT <br /> COMPANY (c/o Wong Engineers) be, and it hereby is, approved, <br /> subject to the following: <br /> 1. All improvements shall conform with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> All improvement plans and specifications must be <br /> approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works <br /> prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> If improvements referred to herein are not completed <br /> prior to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall <br /> execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin, insuring <br /> the completion of improvements within one (1) year after filing <br /> the Final Map. <br /> Full street improvements in compliance with Section <br /> 1612 of Ordinance 2634 and Ordinance 672 shall be provided <br />
