within the subdivision. Third Street shall be fully improved <br /> in compliance with County standards. <br /> 2 . A. Drainage shall be provided: <br /> (1) Either storm drainage shall be contained <br /> on each lot; or <br /> (2) Terminal drainage provided by means of <br /> borrow ditches in Third Street to <br /> drainage facilities as required in 5-79-10. <br /> Lot grading and storm drainage improvements <br /> shall be part of the improvement plans. <br /> The drainage system shall meet the requirements <br /> of the County which arein force at the time of <br /> acceptance of the improvement plans and provide <br /> adequate drainage for the improvements <br /> (development) . The acceptance or approval <br /> by the County of the drainage system does <br /> not relieve the developer or his engineer <br /> of the responsibility of providing an adequate <br /> drainage system. <br /> B. Sewage disposal system or methods shall conform <br /> to the requirements of the San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District and Ordinance No. 549. Wells <br /> must comply with Ordinance No. 1862. <br /> 3. Public utility easements shall be as required by <br /> Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Pacific Telephone and Telegraph <br /> Company, and all other public utilities. <br /> Underground utilities are required pursuant to <br /> Section 9-1730 of Ordinance No. 2634; location shall be as <br /> prescribed in Section 9-1732 of Ordinance No. 2634. <br /> 4. The minimum net lot area shall be 1.49 acres. <br /> 5. A Preliminary Soil Report, as prescribed in <br /> Section 9-1507 of Ordinance No. 2634, as amended, shall be <br /> required. <br /> 2 - <br />
