6. The Final Map shall note and clearly delineate any <br /> area subject to flood hazard. All development within the <br /> subdivision shall conform to the requirements of the San <br /> Joaquin County Floodplain, Combining Zones (Title 9, Division <br /> 8, Chapter 1, San Joaquin County Ordinance Code) . <br /> 7.
