SEWAGE DISPOSAL : Septic systems will he „cPrl for sewage disposal . <br /> You must uaw for vnur septic system. The subdivider estimates the <br /> cost to be $1 ,500.00. Prior to commencing construction , you should <br /> contact the local health department for specifications , requirements <br /> and any local problems . <br /> The County of San Joaquin advises as follows : <br /> Individual septic tank sewage disposal systems with a minimum sewage <br /> disposal area of 12 ,000 square feet per lot and mandatory installa- <br /> tion of seepage pits for sewage. The sewage disposal area for each <br /> lot is to be shown on the final map. <br /> SOIL CONDITIONS : A report on soil and geologic conditions is avail- <br /> able at San Joaquin County Building Department , 1810 East Hazelton , <br /> Stockton , California 95202. <br /> WATER: There is no regular water service to this tract . Private <br /> water wells are the only source of water in this tract , and you will <br /> be required to pay all cost to have a well installed. <br /> The subdivider 's well driller has submitted the following informa- <br /> tion: <br /> Drill 250 feet , 8 inch well using 8 inch steel casing . Well will be <br /> cased at least 180 feet , with 50 feet concrete seal . <br /> One horsepower submersible pump installed on 168 foot 1-1/4 inch <br /> steel pipe and plumbed to air diaphram tank and wired to pressure <br /> switch. <br /> Price for single well and pump $3,460.00. <br /> Price for 2 or more at a time $3, 390.00 . <br /> The State Water Code requires a Notice of Intention to drill a well <br /> and a Report of Completion to be filed with the Department of Water <br /> Resources. <br /> The County of San Joaquin advises individual domestic water wells <br /> for each lot to be shown on the final map. <br /> TAXES : The maximum amount of any tax on real property that can be <br /> collected annually by counties is 1% of the full cash value of the <br /> property. With the addition of interest and redemption charges on <br />' any indebtedness , approved by voters prior to July 1 , 1978 , the <br /> total property tax rate in most counties is approximately 1 . 25% of <br /> the full cash value . In some counties the total tax rate could be <br /> well above 1 .25% of the full cash value.
