S-75-2 <br /> of PAUL HAMPTON (c/o Marshall Dunlap) , <br /> TO REVISE APPROVED TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION <br /> MAP S-73-5 FROM 17 LOTS TO 7 LOTS, ON <br /> THE EAST SIDE OF CHERRYLAND AVENUE, FROM <br /> 1800 ' TO 2050 ' SOUTH OF CHEROKEE ROAD, <br /> EAST OF STOCKTON, IN AN RA-20 ZONE. <br /> ZONING <br /> - The subject property is zoned RA-20 (Residential) which permits <br /> lots of 20, 000 square feet or more and a minimum lot width of <br /> 100 ' . <br /> HISTORY <br /> On May 1, 1973 the Board of Supervisors approved Tentative <br /> Subdivision Map S-73-5 for a 17 lot residential subdivision <br /> subject to 15 supplemental conditions of approval. The <br /> conditions were: <br /> 1) All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the County of San Joaquin; <br /> 2) Easements for utilities shall be as required by the <br /> P.G.&E. , P.T.&T. and all other public utilities . <br /> The provisions of Article XIIA of Ordinance 892, as <br /> amended, shall apply; <br /> 3) Plans for all improvements to be approved by San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to <br /> consideration of the Final Subdivision Map; <br /> 4) Provision for storm water drainage shall comply with <br /> standards and requirements of the Department of Public <br /> Works prior to consideration of the Final Subdivision <br /> Map; <br /> 5) Water system or methods shall conform to the require- <br /> ments of the Local Health District and the Department <br /> of Public Works ; <br /> 6) An adequate water supply for fire protection with fire <br /> hydrants and connections shall be installed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the County Fire r. <br /> r <br /> Warden and Waterloo-Morada Rural Fire District; <br /> 7) . Drainage and street lighting systems shall be maintained <br /> by a utilities maintenance district. The maintenance <br /> district shall be formed prior to acceptance of the <br /> Final Subdivision Map; <br />
