Veronica <br /> Street shall be fully improved on both sides in com- <br /> pliance with County Standards and is to include curbs <br /> and gutters ; <br /> 12) A 20 ' radius at the southeast corner of veronica <br /> Street and Cherryland Avenue shall be required; <br /> 13) No public access to be provided at the end of the <br /> cul-de-sac to the property to the east; <br /> 14) Local Health District approval of: <br /> a) Engineered package sewage plant be provided; <br /> b) There is to be a 50% replacement area for <br /> sewage dry wells on Lot #11; <br /> c) Two small public water wells to be provided; <br /> d) Waste disposal report must be filed with the <br /> California Water Quality Control Board; <br /> e) Existing well to be abandoned under permit and <br /> inspection of the Local Health District; <br /> 15) Disposal area to be a separate parcel from Lots #10 and #11. <br /> - On September 17, 1974 the Board of Supervisors approved a one <br /> year extension of time to September 1-7, 1975 to Tentative <br /> Subdivision Map 5-73-5. <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE ACTION <br /> - On November 13 , 1974 the Development Committee reviewed the <br /> proposed revision. The majority of the Committee voted to <br /> recommend approval subject to the below listed conditions. The <br /> Planning Department voted no as it felt that the proposal was <br /> premature. <br />
