Disposal area to be a separate parcel from Lots #10 <br /> and #11. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Although the Development Committee voted to recommend approval <br /> with conditions, the Planning staff still feels that this <br /> proposal is premature as public services are not available. <br /> The staff recommends disapproval based on the above consideration. <br />
