These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Destruction of the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> 2. Prior to the issuance of any Building Permits sewer facilities shall <br /> either be bonded for or be in place, as evidenced. by a letter from the <br /> serving entity. (Lockeford Community Service District) (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1100.3(d)) <br /> 3. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from, the water <br /> providers that improvements have been constructed or financial <br /> arrangements have been made for any improvements required by <br /> the agency and that the agency has or will have the capacity to <br /> serve the proposed development. Said written confirmation shall be <br /> submitted prior to the issuance of a building permit.
