C(OP r <br /> 4. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required <br /> by Section 9-1120.2 of the San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> a. Test well will be required to meet the following: <br /> 1. Water quality tested to meet Title 22, CCR (Safe <br /> Drinking Water Act), requirements. <br /> 2. Water quantity tested to show an ade nate source. <br /> 3. Results moved by the Environmental Health <br /> Divisio}r-and County Public W6rks prior to final <br /> apprgval of improvement plans. <br /> b. A letter from the water supplier will be required stating <br /> that they have the capacity to serve the development and <br /> that the system meets State standards prior to recording <br /> the final map. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1100.3) <br /> 5. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, <br /> removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br />
