This tentative map approval will <br /> expire on , which is three years from the date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of <br /> Approval have been complied with and (2) a Final Map has been filed with and accepted by the <br /> County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to approval of the Final Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section <br /> Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. FINAL MAP: The Final Map shall conform to the Tentative Map dated February 18, <br /> 1998. <br /> b. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this <br /> map: <br /> (1) All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of 60 feet, measured at the front yard <br /> setback line. (Development Title Section 9-310.4) <br /> (2) Lots shall have a minimum lot area of 8,000 square feet, as required by the <br /> General Plan for the urban community of Lockeford. <br /> (3) Depth to width ratio shall not exceed 3:1. <br /> C. TREE PRESERVATION: Future development on the lots shall be consistent with the <br /> requirements of the County's Tree Preservation Ordinance. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1505). <br /> d. STREET TREES: Street trees are required as specified in Section 9-1020.4 of the <br /> Development Title. <br /> (1) SPACING: Trees shall be spaced at a maximum of 60-foot intervals or a <br /> minimum of one (1) tree per lot,whichever is greater. <br /> (2) CORNER LOTS: For corner lots, street trees shall be required on both street <br /> frontages.
