ALTAMIRANO (c/o Dave Olmstead) , TO SUB- <br /> U U <br /> _j cr-- DIVIDE 9.2 ACRES INTO 5 LOTS, SOUTH OF TRACY, COUNTY OF SAN <br /> z JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFOZ'VIA <br /> D==3 d+ 5 O <br /> < <br /> << WHEREAS, on December 15, 1977, the Planning commission <br /> �7 U= of the County of San Joaquin, by Resolution PC-78-62 , did <br /> conditionally approve Subdivision Map No. S-77-10 of ROY E. <br /> ALTAMIRANO (c/o Dave Olmstead) , TO SUBDIVIDE 9.2 Acres into <br /> 5 lots. All lots to be 67 ,250 square feet in area, approximately <br /> 650 ' east of Highway 33, at the easterly terminus of Albert <br /> Drive, south of Tracy, in a GA-1 Zone; and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 27 , 1977, this Board of Supervisors <br /> did set the date of January 26, 1978, at the hour of 10 :00 a.m. <br /> for a public hearing on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this '�oard <br /> of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, <br /> notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and <br /> oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of <br /> or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being <br /> advised on the premises ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors <br /> that Subdivision Niap No. S-77-10 of ROY E. ALTAMIRANO (c/o Dave <br /> Olmstead.) be, and it hereby is, conditionally approved as <br /> follows : <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2 . Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific <br /> Gas and Electric Company and all other public utilities. The <br /> provisions of Article XIIA of Ordinance 892 , as amended, shall <br /> apply. A 10 foot wide public utilities easement shall be provided <br /> on the frontage of each lot. <br /> 3.
