4. Drainage shall be as prescribed by Board of Supervisors <br /> Resolution R-76-4201. Drainage shall comply with standards and <br /> requirements of the Department of Public Vlorks prior to <br /> consideration of the Final Map. A grading plan shall be sub- <br /> mitted for each lot as part of the improvement plans. The <br /> grading shall be part of the street improvements. <br /> 5. Water system or methods shall conform to the require- <br /> ments of the Local Health District, the Department of Public <br /> Works and the San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862 . <br /> 6. Sewage disposal system or methods shall conform to the <br /> requirements of the Local Health District and Ordinance 549. <br /> 7. The minimum net lot area shall be 65,000 sq. ft. <br /> 8. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Section 18.01 of Ordinance 892, as amended, the <br /> developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as defined <br /> in said section. <br /> 9. A Preliminary Soil Report as prescribed in Section <br /> 5. 165 of Ordinance 892 , as amended, shall be required. <br /> 10 . Full street improvements in compliance with Ordinance <br /> 672 shall be provided within the subdivision as follows : <br /> a. Ruth Court and Albert Drive shall be fully improved <br /> to County standards, as shown on the Tentative I-lap. <br /> A 50 ' reservation for Albert Drive shall be dedicated <br /> to provide access to the east. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of January, 1978, by the <br /> following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit : <br /> AYES : Supervisors WISDOM, FONDSE, YOSHIKAWA, BARBER, , SHUMWAY <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> ABSENT: NONE NOR"N D. 6iWVd a <br /> NORMAN D.
