S-80-3 OF ALTAMIRANO & FISK (c/o DAVE OLMSTEAD) NOR A 5 <br /> --� -' Q LOT SUBDIVISION, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ALBERT DRIVE, 200' WEST <br /> Q T OF HIGHWAY 33, SOUTH OF TRACY, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF <br /> CALIFORNIA <br /> O r� <br /> WHEREAS, on November 15, 1979, the Planning Commission <br /> of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, by Resolution <br /> PC-80-40, did approve, subject to conditions, Subdivision Map <br /> No. S-80-3 of ALTAMIRANO & FISK (c/o Dave Olmstead) , for a 5 <br /> lot subdivision, on the north side of Albert Drive, 200 ' west of <br /> Highway 33, south of Tracy, County of San Joaquin, State of <br /> California; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 27, 1979, this Board of Supervisors <br /> did set the date of December 20, 1979, at the hour of 10 :55 a.m. <br /> for a public hearing on said matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this <br /> Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, <br /> notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and <br /> oral and documentary evi;lence having been received in favor of <br /> or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being <br /> advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Super- <br /> visors that Subdivision Map I:o. S-80-3 of ALTAMIRANO & FISK be, <br /> and it hereby is, conditionally approved as follows: <br /> 1. All improvements shall conform with the re- <br /> quirements of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> 2. Easements for utilities shall be as required <br /> by Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph <br /> Company and all other public utilities, <br /> 3. Utilities shall be underground as required by <br /> Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634, as amended. <br /> 4. Plans for all improvements shall be approved by <br /> the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to con- <br /> sideration of the Final Map. <br /> 5.
