c� eAl'RD 1 D "BEFORE THE OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF AO N, STATE OF CALIFORNIA R-79-693 RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP NO. S-79-2 OF FITE, ET AL. (c/o CAVIN ENGINEERING) , FOR A 56 LOT SUB- DIVISION (INDUSTRIAL) , ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF ARCH ROAD AND STATE ROUTE 99, COUNTY OF SAN JOAOUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, on March 1, 1979, the Planning Commission of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, did conditionally approve Subdivision Map No. S-79-2 of FITE, ET AL. (c/o Cavin Engineering) , for a 56 lot industrial subdivision, on the northeast corner of Arch Road and State Route 99, County of San Joaquin, State of California; and WHEREAS, on March 20, 1979, this Board of Supervisors did . set the date of April 12, 1979, at the hour of 11:15 a.m, for a public hearing on said matter; and WHEREAS, on this date, at the appointed time, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that Subdivision Map No. S-79-2 of FITE, et al (c/o Cavin En- gineering) , be, and it hereby is, conditionally approved as follows : 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the requirements of the County of San Joaquin. 2. Easements for utilities shall be required for all public utilities. The provisions of Article XIIA of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall apply. A five foot (5 ' ) wide public - utilities easement shall be provided all streets in the develop- ment. 3. Plans for all improvements shall be approved by San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the final map. �� 210 UD FlLE I.
