All lots shall front on streets within the subdivision and along <br /> Arch Road . Arch Road shall be constructed with widening and <br /> left-turn movement lanes, per Department of Public Works re- <br /> quirements, as discussed with applicant ' s engineer. <br /> 14. The existing private right of way serving property to <br /> the north shall be shown on the final map. <br /> 15. Streets within the industrial park shall be named. <br /> 16. Storm drain ponds shall be fenced and maintained by <br /> said private service area. <br /> 17. Weekly removal of solid .wastes from premises to <br /> approved landfill site. <br /> 18. No burning on premises. <br /> 19.
