The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for R & A Auto Dismantling as of July13 , 2022 . <br /> Open violations from June 07, 2022 inspection <br /> Violation #601 - Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (90 days acute / extremely) . <br /> OBSERVATION The following hazardous waste container was found on-site with no accumulation start date : <br /> -One black 55 gallon drum containing oily absorbent. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262 . 34 . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations . Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( END) within 30 days . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #605 - Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste . <br /> OBSERVATION Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete and/or incorrect labeling . <br /> The containers were : <br /> -One blue 55 gallon drum labeled as containing used absorbent but was observed containing oily liquid . The label <br /> was missing the hazardous property and had an incorrect accumulation start date . <br /> -One black 55 gallon drum containing used oil was missing an accumulation start date. <br /> -One black 55 gallon drum containing used oil was missing an accumulation start date and hazardous property. <br /> -One black 55 gallon drum containing used oil was missing the hazardous property and had an incorrect <br /> accumulation start date . <br /> -One black 55 gallon drum containing abosorbent did not have a label . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information : the <br /> words " Hazardous Waste" , name and address of generator, hazardous properties , physical state , composition <br /> (contents) , accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste . Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> ( EHD ) within 30 days . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
