The SUSZYCKI <br />property was being used as an illegal cannabis grow. According to Metro the <br />property had been with out power for about two years. I found the water well <br />heavily damaged and being powered with a generator. The water from the well <br />was fed into a pool where it was mixed with chemicals and dispersed around the <br />property to the cannabis plants. A barn was being utilized from packaging and <br />distribution and contained a large about of processed cannabis. I estimate that <br />there was about a thousand or more plants present. <br />Code Enforcement red tagged the house and barn. I posted the property with a <br />Cannabis Notice and Order to Abate and a Hazardous Waste/Materials Notice and <br />Order to Abate. I also posted the well with a Water Well Notice to Abate. <br />07/16/2021 Created and sent out an Add 404.2 email. SUSZYCKI <br />07/19/2021 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create two SUSZYCKI <br />photographic logs. <br />Created a detailed list of hazardous waste/materials seen at the property. <br />Turned the complaint in for review. <br />07/20/2021 I spoke to inspector Michael Suszycki to get community developments contact VAN G-LEE <br />person's name and email. Emailed Steve Thomas of community development at <br />sbthomas@sjgov.org to request for property owner's contact information. <br />07/26/2021 I received an email from Steve Thomas of community development stating that he VANG-LEE <br />does not have any additional contact information for the property owner. <br />10/22/2021 Discussed the complaint with inspector Michael Suszycki, Per Mike, all cannabis VANG-LEE <br />issues have been resolved. Mike does not have any additional information <br />regarding the property owner. I will discuss complaint with lead to determine best <br />course of action. <br />5105.rpt Page 1 of 2
