Remove cardboard and provide cleanable surface <br />today. <br />Observed debris on market shelves in aisles A10, A13, A17-A19, and A28-A29. Clean today and maintain clean. <br />Observed dust build up on fan covers in deli, produce, and meat walk-in coolers. Clean today and maintain clean. <br />The heat light bulbs on the register side of the market warmer were not working during the inspection. Replace bulbs within <br />1 week. <br />The faucet head at the deli 3 comp sink was loose. Repair/replace within 1 week. <br />Observed crack in mop sink basin in back room near produce room. Repair within 2 weeks. <br />The deli display warmer left door gasket was damaged. Repair/replace damaged gasket within 2 weeks. <br />Observed rust on spray hose pipe at produce 3 comp sink. Remove rust or replace pipe to provide cleanable surface. <br />Correct within 2 weeks. <br />Observed ice accumulation on top, shelves, and back of market ice creams display freezer, lasagna display freezer, and <br />seafood display freezer. Clean within 2 weeks and repair as necessary. <br />Observed ice accumulation on ceiling, shelves, fans, compressor pipes, and/or floor in all the walk-in freezers. Clean within <br />3 weeks and repair as necessary. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175). And the grocery walk-in freezer, creamer bunker, and lemonade bunkers did not have thermometers. Provide <br />accurate thermometers within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be <br />available to the food handler. A thermometer +/- 2 #F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods <br />and high temperature warewashing machines.
