Per Song Vang (Manager), they are BAKER <br />unaware of complaint. Observed forks stored in metal container laying down next <br />to self service soda machine. Advised Song Vang that best management practice <br />would be to keep forks in container in an upright position so customers can only <br />grab the handle of the fork.
