<br />SAWOAQUIN <br />COUNTY <br />Greatness grows heft <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 1124 am <br />Time Out: 11:45 am <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: PANDA EXPRESS #887 Date: 06/17/2022 <br />Address: 5350 PACIFIC AVE, STOCKTON 95207 <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209) 476-1908 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054971 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Complainant was at facility 6/9/22 at 1 pm. He stated forks are being stored in a container where forks are laying down and <br />customers are able to touch tines on forks. (Concerned because of covid). He told employee who only laughed at his <br />concern. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />On site to conduct complaint investigation. Per Song yang (Manager), they are unaware of complaint. Observed forks stored <br />in metal container laying down next to self service soda machine. Advised Song yang that best management practice would <br />be to keep forks in container in an upright position so customers can only grab the handle of the fork. Song yang said they <br />would reposition forks into an upright position. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
