All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: The left 3 dr Cooler depot was 49 F and the right 3 dr Cooler depot was 50 F. The keto sweet chili <br />salmon in the right 3 dr cooler was 49 F. Provide 41 F or below at coolers and keep potentially hazardous foods at 41 F or <br />below when cold holding. Correct immediately. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The water at the mop/hand sink was at 105 F and then it dropped to 77 F. Tested it again after a few <br />minutes it was at 115 F and dropped below 100 F in less than 30 seconds. Provide hot water at 100 F minimum consistently <br />at this sink. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed 1 live adult cockroach in the mop sink and 1 dead adult cockroach on the floor in the back <br />room. Clean and sanitize areas and increase pest control measures as necessary. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #43 Toilet Facilites Clean/ Supplied/ Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Restroom door is not self-closing. Provide self closing door within 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a <br />well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet <br />facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons: in <br />establishments with more than 20,000 sq ft. establishments offering on-site liquor consumption.
