According to the facility waste hauler American Valley Waste Oil, <br /> the last pick up of Used Oil and waste antifreeze was on 4/27/2022. The consolidated manifest/receipts were not <br /> available on site at the time of the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action <br /> regarding the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years <br /> from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). <br /> If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for <br /> three years. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class 11. <br /> 207 HSC 25144.6(b)Failure to properly manage reusable soiled textile materials. <br /> OBSERVATION:According to the shop employee,Alfonso Manega,the shop uses on site laundry to wash oily rag <br /> for reuse. Observed a laundry inside the shop.There is no hazardous waste determination for the rags. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: California Health &Safety Code sections 25144.6 and 25143.2(f)(1) <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide documentation to demonstrate that the facility reusable soiled shop textiles are <br /> laundered and recycled at a commercial laundry facility regulated under HSC 25144.6. Send copies of the receipts <br /> or other documentation and a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class 11 violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers was observed on-site with incomplete labeling.
