It looks like they used to have 55 gallons of waste fuel onsite in a drum <br />and they are now only using 30 gallon drums for fuel to stay under the threshold of needing a SPCC. <br />We have unchecked the need for a SPCC and deleted what is in the APSA portion, hopefully you can <br />make that section go away with our new information.
