2
inventory no longer includes the 85 gallon waste fuel drum. Please clarify if this was the only change and provide
additional information regarding what happened to the drum. Thank you.

Best regards,

Vicky Vang-Lee | Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E. Hazelton Ave. Stockton, CA 95205
(209) 616-3028 | vvang-lee@sjgov.org

From: James Jackson <jjackson@kpaonline.com>
Sent: Friday, July 29, 2022 8:49 AM
To: Vang-Lee, Vicky [EHD] <vvang-lee@sjgov.org>
Cc: Regina Metzker <rmetzker@kpaonline.com>; Rhya Gilliam <rgilliam@kpaonline.com>
Subject: Mataga CERS 10184969
Importance: High

CAUTION: This email is originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the
sender and know the content is safe.

Good morning, Vicky,
Our clients CERS was rejected, and the information is below. They have less than 1320 petroleum.
We have been previously advised by other CUPA’s that the APSA section should not be submitted if
that’s the case.
However, your comments seem to indicate you want APSA submitted. But when we prepared the
submittal, it gave a warning that an SPCC date was needed. Since An SPCC is not applicable, Would
it make sense to resubmit the first three sections and not APSA section at all?

Thank you and I hope everyone is staying safe. Have a good weekend.

James Jackson
