They have less than 1320 petroleum. <br />We have been previously advised by other CUPA’s that the APSA section should not be submitted if <br />that’s the case. <br /> However, your comments seem to indicate you want APSA submitted. But when we prepared the <br />submittal, it gave a warning that an SPCC date was needed. Since An SPCC is not applicable, Would <br />it make sense to resubmit the first three sections and not APSA section at all? <br /> <br /> Thank you and I hope everyone is staying safe.
